My friend named her baby this. He would be around 7 or 8 now. I thought it fit him because his father is Italian.

If my brother has a son, he will be named Lucas Roman. Mainly because his name is Lucas and his wife's maiden name is Roman. But to be honest, it does sound very handsome and strong as a combo, doesn't it?
