Message: "Vada" - Behind the Name

I saw the name Vada mentioned on a genral disscusion board. What do you think about it?

I was suprised that many of the responses were from girls who are named Vada or girls who had named thier daughters Vada and each stated that the inspiration for the choice came from the movie "My Girl". Vada was the main character in the movie "My Girl".
