Help[Opinions] Opinions on Roman and Holden
I like the name Holden, I think it is strong and masculine, however it is the name of a car brand that we get here in New Zealand. What are you opinions? Can you imagine this name on a little boy, a teenager and a grown man?
Roman is another nice name. It's masculine but not harsh, but it does remind me of the Roman Empire and roman sandels. Any opinions?

I do like the name Holden and agree that it sounds strong and masculine, but being from Australia, the car is the first thing that comes to mind. I think most people would think you were a big Holden car fan if you used the name for a son.
Roman is nice too, though I wouldn't personally use it.

I like Holden, probably as it was my favourite teachers surname, and although i would never use it myself i can appreciate that it's a nice name and i think it would work well on any age, though especially a teenager and grown man.

Roman doesn't seem like a name at all, in spite of Polanski. In English it's too much of an adjective: it'd be like naming a child Greek or Spanish.
Holden is too close to holding, the participle, and Holding, the ln.
