It's a very pretty name :) I like both spellings, however Briony does remind me more of the name Brian which I really don't like, so I'll have to go for Bryony :)

Bryony, m.It's accurate! And Briony looks as if it's got a misspelling of Brian built in. Even Briany, awful though it is, would be better.I like Bryony; definitely one of the better (and less sentimental!) flower names. Very usable.

Bryony. I've encountered two girls with the name, both spelt it this way. Plus, Bryony seems much more natural, warmer, somehow.
