Which I assume is pronounced aw-STAY-uh; WDYTO it? If I'm pronouncing it wrong let me know; thanks!

You're not far off - I'd say it's more like ow-STEH-ya.

That was my first guess too. I've never seen it before either. Or else ow STAY zhah or ows TEY ha.
