I'm not fond of Romilly. I love Elsa and Elspeth. All five of your Elsa combos sound great. I feel that Romilly Winter and Elsa Winter flow equally well.
But since you are wanting a sib set I like Elsa Winter and Romilly Maeve. I think that they go the best together. They both have a winter feel. Elsa and Maeve are short names. Winter and Romilly are longer names. Also Romilly Maeve is my favorite out the Romilly combos.
