I do like Ellen, but it's a name that reminds me of a 50 something year old woman. That's not a bad thing for everyone, but it just hasn't been out of popularity long enough for it to be striking. I would love to see it used in combos, but I wouldn't use it personally because it would be like naming my daughter Donna, Linda, Lynn or the like...
