Piper isn't my cup of tea. I can't pronounce it correctly since I'm a Swede and in Swedish "piper" means "whining" or something like that. So Rosalie Piper? Rosalie whining. And it doesn't help in the FN position either (Rosalie whining vs. are Rosalie whining?).
Besides that, I also think of the Charmed series. That said, I think it would be perfectly fine in the MN position in a English speaking country. I wouldn't use it as a FN though, mostly because of what it means in Swedish but also because I think a lot of people will think of "Charmed". Edit: I really like Rosalie, and if you're using Piper then I think Rosalie Piper would be a really nice combo.
