I think it's a lovely name and not at all common here in Australia. Unfortunately DH doesn't like it though!

When I was little and it wasn't used much, I thought it was absolutely lovely. I still think it's a pretty name, but it's been knocked off its pedestal a bit by saggy-trousered tracksuited dads yelling 'FRAY-URRRR!' outside Burger King.

I think Freya is really sweet and feminine without being too childish. I like it a lot!

I like it and this is my favorite spelling. Looks like one of my cousin's will get a dog in two weeks though, named Freya. But it's still a nice name for a human. ;-)

My DF loves it and I do like it, it's just very popular here, but I get lovely imagery from it

I didn't used to like it at all because it makes me think of fraying, like the ends of my jeans but then I met a little Freya and I'm warming up to it.
