[Facts] Coralie, Koralia, Coralia
Wiktionary says that Coralie was "coined in France in the end of the 18th century" (http://tinyurl.com/8nldkhj) but I have a suspicion that it's older than that, especially as there is a Greek name Koralia. How old is Koralia and does it have any link with Coralie? A very old Italian name book (Piccolo dizionario dei nomi propri italiani de persone, written in 1901 and now in public domain) lists Coralia as an Italian name. I can also find reference to Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian women called Coralia. Are they linked?
