Wdyt of Solomon? I recently met a family with a son named Solomon, and the name has grown on me now.

A friend of a friend had a Solomon four years ago. I thought it was completely ridiculous at the time, but it has sure grown on me. THey only call him Solomon, but I would use Solo (saul-oh) as a nickname.

I think it's a really nice name and I like it a lot. Sadly, my DH doesn't share my enthusiasm for the name!

It's on our list of names. Great meaning, unique, etc....

The only thing that bothers my husband is that he had several (!!!!!!!!) wives and concubines in the bible, lol.

Have loved Solomon since I was a young girl; solid, handsome name. I imagine a Solomon as smart and capable, friendly and fun-loving.
