I think it's beautiful and I much prefer it to Rosalind and all the other Ros- names. I pronounce it ROZ-a-mund.

Jane Rosamund is my favourite combo with it.

As for the pronunciation-well, I guess we can't all pronounce things the same way, can we? :) I just prefer the first syllable to be ROSE, because ROZ reminds me of that slug-lady secretary on "Monsters, Inc.".
