I don't think Jasmine is dated but I don't think it's flimsy either. All the Jasmines that I've met are OK to deal with.If Jasmine had (adopted) siblings, their names would be Malati and Matsuri since their meanings are similar to Jasmine. Malati is an Indian name and it means, in Sanskrit, "jasmine".
