[Opinions] Paris
I like it better for a boy, but I can tolerate it for a girl. I don't really care about the Paris Hilton connection. WDYT? Willoughby wolloughby willina, an elephant sat on Billina.

Paris Hilton's fame is fading right now, imo, even thought I know that a lot of people remember who she is. I think there was another female Paris on American Idol a few years ago. I'm not a fan of the name. I'd probably use London or Bristol sooner.

Sorry, but I seriously do not like this name. All I can think of is Paris Hilton. I am going to have to pass.

I think it seems basically feminine. I don't care about Hilton, I don't think she matters. I've only met one Paris, who was female, and I was a kid and thought her name was cool. I no longer like it much. I think it's a decent feminine name - a little on the floofy side, like Misty but not as bad. But I have trouble thinking of it as a man name. If I met a male Paris I would probably adjust to that, but it doesn't sound appealing to me now. I'd rather meet a male Leslie.

I don't like it at all. It sounds ridiculous on a boy and trendy on a girl.

I don't like it on either sex. To me, Paris is the capital of the country that I live in. Nice city, but I don't like it as a person's name.Ugh, I hate Paris Hilton.

Okay on a boy, dreadful on a girl.

Love for a boy, but comes off cheap on a girl, imo. It's probably the fact that I've only ever known Paris Hilton and a girl I used to go to school with who was all cheap jewelry, leather, and crop tops.

I agree, it's best on a boy but I can tolerate it on a girl as well. DH prefers it on a girl. I really don't care a dip about Paris Hilton, either.
