NMS. It's not bad, but it's a little bit too cutesy and nicknamey for my taste. Maybe for a fictional character, but not for my daughter :)

It's sweet. I think it's nice by itself or as a nickname for something longer like Marcella. It'd be a good choice.

I would like to like the name Marcy, but my former boss's name was Mracy and she was very Umbridge-like in appearance and personality. Unfortunately, I just can't like it now.
