Zann, Zanne or Zanna would be likely to happen. Would Sunshine be too much of a stretch?
Moi, I'd go for Susie without hesitation, but definitely not for Sue. Sue is bad magic, sharp and blunt at the same time.

Zann and Zanne are both nice. I think Sunshine is too much of a stretch but Sunny (suggested by some others) maybe wouldn't.
I like Susie and dislike Sue. I think Susie is also would be my intuitive go-to that happens unintentionally and I wouldn't have an issue with it. I'm just not in love with Susie and I'd hesitate to use Susannah if that was a planned nickname, if that makes sense?
