[Opinions] Circe
Not for a real child, just admiring the name. What do you think? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Sirsi or Kirki? I never know whether to go for the authentic or stay with the naturalised.

I've never heard it pronounced kur-KEE. That's interesting.

I don't terribly like how it sounds, and who would really want to be named like a woman known for turning men into pigs (ok prob. they deserved it?)

Well, if anyone makes fun of her name, she can threaten them with that. ;)

My thoughts seem much with you - wouldn't give it to a child, but it does sound lovely!

I like the sound. It seems very charismatic.

I love Circe! It's quietly powerful.

I love both Circe and Ceres!

It is ok, though it reminds me of the GoT character Cersei! I prefer Ceres!

Yeah, I'm a big GoT/ASoI&F fan, so I also think of Cersei. I guess GRRM pronounces it sur-SAY, which I just can't get used to, no matter how hard I try.

Hi !!!In Italian it has the same spelling but it is pronounced CHEER-cheh.I've ever seen it on pets. Never on real people.I prefer Calypso.

The Italian pronunciation is nice. I like Calypso, too.

Not being entirely sure how to pronounce it, but guessing it's either Sur-see or Seer-see, I don't find any charm here.

It's SUR-see.
