I like both names, and wouldn't think anything in particular if I encountered a pair of little girls named Lauren and Caitlin. (I would probably wonder how Caitlin was spelled since there's so many different spellings of it.)
I guess I'd figure they'd have a brother named Dylan or Josh or maybe Alex, and a sister named Madison or Brianna or possibly Alyssa.
