I'd definitely pronounce it like Ella, but I think for me it's quite obvious as Ela is a Polish diminutive of Elizabeth and I'm a Polish nativespeaker. I like this name, but Ella sounds more complete.

I'd pronounce it like Ella and assume it was the Welsh spelling, because that's how you spell Ella in Welsh. If they weren't Welsh I'd assume eh-la.

I'd say "EE-lah" for sure, and an argument could be made for "AY-lah". But it would be hard not to roll my eyes if somebody tried to convince me it was the same as "Ella".

I'd assume it was either ay-la or like Ella.

I would assume that it was a poor (sorry) spelling of Ella and try that pronunciation first, but just looking at it "ee-la"
