[Opinions] Beulah
How is the name Beulah pronounced in America? The "normal", Hebrew way (bay-oo-la), or something like boo-la, byoo-la...
I don't really like the name pronounced bay-oo-la, but I think an English pronounciation would be even worse lol

The english is worse. Byoo-lah. It's too bad. My great grandmother was Beulah Mae. There's one family name I won't be using, but she was a wonderful woman.

This has got to be one of the most unattractive names out there... Ya know, I really like most Hebrew names, but for some reason Beulah is just AAACK! LOL when I read it as the heading of the post, I actually said out loud, "eww... EWWWW!" Anyway, I pronounce it BYOO-luh, and thank God I've never known anyone saddled with the name.
