I've never seen it outside the Mabinogion, and checking records, I can't find any Creirwy births registered in the last 180 years, so it would definitely be an interesting choice. I like the Breton version Klervi better, though.
Being a Celt the list of Celtic names I like would be very long, so here's some Mabinogion names I like: Taliesin, Gwion, Gwern, Geraint (my uncle), Angharad

My non-anglicized favorites are Ruaidhri, Oisin, and Ronan for boys, and Siobhan, Fionnuala and Rioghnach for girls. I like some Welsh names too, like Arianrhod, Angharad and Gwydion. I also love a lot of the anglicized derivatives, like Finn, Deirdre and Maeve. Guinevere has been my favorite for about ten years.
The problem with Creirwy, like a lot of Welsh and Celtic names, is the pronunciation. Besides that issue I like it a lot. I feel the struggle, I would love to use Oisin and Ruaidhri but correcting people every single time I tell people their name would just be an enormous pain.

I didn't know how to go about pronouncing it at first! I think that's the main issue I have with Celtic names.

It is the first time I hear Creirwy and It is so tender that I will add It to my PNL immediately.

The latest I added is Siofra, a beautiful name suggested by Pie when I asked for Titania. It was the first time that I hear It.
Among my evergreen I have: Eithne / Enya, Saoirse, Fenella, Gaël, Maël, Taliesin, Douglas.
Currently I adore Gwyn and Teague.
