The colour blue and dark grey - ocean - storm.
I prefer the form Erik but its vibe is the same.
It is a strong, wild name linked with nature in my mind.

I can definitely see where you are coming from with the stormy ocean and wilder side. It is an old Nordic name with many see faring explorer bearers. The Eric’s I know aren’t particularly wild but they all have inquiring minds so perhaps they are a different type of explorer.
