This name surprised me.
I love that means "wood" and its ancient origin (Brythonic cet) is fascinating.
About the pronounciation I noticed that it is similar to Kit but the spelling is more elaborated.
If I have to pronounce it without a guide it would sound more similar to "Kate" than to "Kit".
Anyway...
Keith is a short name with a familiar sound. It is ageless and I like its meaning. I hope in a comeback.
