I like Octavio / Octavian, and the Ott* in Ottavio makes it seem a bit subtler/softer. Also, it reminds me of Otto.I've heard Carolina pronounced that way, but I'm more used to the English pronunciation, which I strongly associate with the American states. I slightly prefer it (with the Italian pronunciation) to Carol and Caroline, neither of which I like much, but I don't dislike them either.I'll rate them...
