you could just spell it Tolemy, thats cute too. Our friends had a similar problem they liked the name Jonah (Yaw-na) but thought the spelling would make it more like (joe-na) so they just spelt it Yonah which works hes never had an issue with this name.

Yeah if i'm going to use it, i'm definitely not going to change the spelling. That would just cause extra confusion for people who have heard of the name.
Who knows, maybe it's more well known than I think.
