Love it for a boy.
I hate it when people keep trying to switch boys names that I really like over to girl names.

The first Dallas I ever knew of was a girl whose parents spelled her name Dalyce. However, I now think of Dallas as a masc name. I don't really like the sound of it, though it does look aesthetically pleasing =)

I like it on a boy. It sounds pastoral like a rural scene with rolling hills, a bubbling brook, and animals grazing.
