Oakley is one of the names I really despise. I can only see it on a girl, never on a boy. But, if you like it, then use it.

I really dislike it for both girls and boys, I hope it dies out.

Oakleigh Park railway station (North London), all I can think about.

It’s trendy for boys in the UK. I don’t like it.

I can only see it as a surname/the sports equipment brand.

I like it, but I would never use it. It makes me think of Annie Oakley, but that's not a bad thing, IMO. Girl.

I follow a family on instagram who named their child Oakley. Cute boy but the name’s not really my taste.

Oakley is a very cute name, as in the FishFam. I usually think it's feminine, but it isn't horrible on a boy either. I just prefer it on a girl.

Blame it on Annie, but I think of cowgirls and horses when I hear this name - but then, horses are my spirit animal, so not complaining at all!

Girl imo, but probably works for both genders as well. Oaklee and Oakleigh are definitely fem.
