It reminds me a lot of "Call Me By Your Name" which I can't enjoy anymore because Armie Hammer is in it and he's (apparently) an abuser and a cannibal and this is ALL I can think of now when I hear the movie title or anything associated with it so, no thanks. The name itself is okay. Not the most masculine sound because it is close to Eliana and Ellie and names like that.

I feel like it's one of those nicknames that fit in with my culture but aren't actually used. Many people short their name to the last part, for example:Francesca > Cheska
Dominador > Ador
Gregorio > Goryo
Maria > IyaElio looks like a short form of Aurelio, to me, but I don't think it's used that way. Anyways, I kind of like it. I think it looks old-fashioned, and as a legal name, it's too short.

Beautiful name. So musical. Such a nice flow. Sleek and cool, too. Handsome. :)
