A sailing team are called Odile and Elise. They caught my eye since they sound so well together they could have been sisters, twins even. I like the names, especially together.

What do you think of Odile and Elise?

They're very pretty together and separately, I really like Elise, it's fresh and uncommon while being elegant yet down-to-earth.

About Odile... I also like it. However, I'm starting to like Odette more.

I've known two Odile people. One was Dutch; the other was a girl I taught who was blonde, and I had to try very hard not to call her Odette instead - the White Swan rather than the Black! Pleasant name; so is Elise. I agree, they would look good on sisters.

I adore Odile and enjoy it paired with Elise because it revives the latter's continental glamor.
