Hi !!!I would pronounce it ahr-see-NOH-eh. For an Italian person is quite an intuitive spelling and pronounciation even if the name is not used at all (I guess). Well... It has a similar sound to Leonore, Elsinore ... It has a chance in my opinion.

I really like it, but it's on the guilty pleasure list with that 'ars' sound at the beginning. It does come across as beautiful, and intelligent aside from that though.
