I've heard it is pronounced eye-sh-WAHR-ee-ah.I LOVE this name (just see my profile). :o)
From what I have read, Aishwarya is a modern Indian (female) baby name meaning "wealth." Edited to add this small message.

I believe it is pronounced "eye-shwar-ia".

Pronounciation depends on the language: the first vowel is a dipthong, which can be ai, Ai, or oi depending on the language. The middle vowel is a combined consonant, which may be shw, shsh, ss depending again on the language. The last element may be liquid like ya, or palatal like ja. The Sanskrit pronounciation was close to aishvarya with the -v- having less aspiration than in English, so -w- is not a bad representation; but the first element of the dipthong was closer to the a in about than in car. The last liquid was the y in yet, and ya was not a dipthong.Incidentally, the meaning specified is also inaccurate for the Sanskrit word. The root is Ish, to possess, from which one gets Ishvar, master or lord. aishvarya is the abstract noun from that: sovereignty, dominion, prowess, superhuman power etc. It is only in the modern Indian language that the wealth aspect of lordliness has dominated the meaning.
