I've always liked Camilla; if I thought it might shorten to Millie, I wouldn't! When I was young I used to think that Camilla and Diana would make good sister names, but royalty spoilt that idea.

Camille is interesting. In French it doesn't matter at all that it's unisex, but in English people seem to shy away from it as a male name.
