I think they're good and their theme looks very Christian. It's okay as siblings names, the initial E and F just look good to me. They can be pet names too, why not?

They sound fine as siblings as they are both long and lyrical. Separately: I don't like Felicity because of the "city" ending. I do like Evangeline & Evangelina because they have such varied nicknames people can choose from.

I think Evangeline is a pretty name but I don’t like its…well, evangelical ties. Felicity is a fun, happy name. I can’t really see them as siblings.

I think they sound kind of prissy as siblings. I really like Felicity but not with Evangeline.

Love Evangeline, and Felicity is nice too. They make nice siblings, and I would call a third sister Seraphina.
