[Facts] Does anyone else have the same name as me?
Hey. My name is Bener (pronounced 'Ben-air'). I'm male. My parents are of Turkish background. They tell me it's unique and just something they came up with. Is it? Anyone else have the same name?

You are special but your name is not :)The Kabalarian folks already have it in their name data base.
Go and take a look at the predictions they have about your name:http://www.kabalarians.com/male/bener.htm-Selwyn

Yep, those Kabalarian interpretations are all pretty much off the mark. But we tell people about 'em anyway, coz they're so wacky. :)What you're supposed to do, see, is take all the complimentary stuff that may or may not apply to you (and to about 60 million other people, as well) and discard all the uncomplimentary stuff that may or may not apply to you (and to about 60 million other people, as well).Alternately, you can just choose a name at random from that site, and say, "Now THAT'S me!" :)I would suggest to the Kabalarians that they put up a cross-index of interpretations, so people can choose new names for themselves based on what they believe they're really like, 'cept the last time I rang the Kabalarians up on the phone they tried to sell me an "in-depth Name Report" for the amaaaaaazing bargin price of just $45! :)-- Nanaea

Perverse curiosity. ;)

Or a sign of superiority :)If people could be fitted into a behindthename league then doing things like that would for sure put you in the uppermost league!

More to do with chutzpah, really. ;)

Take 1Lets try some voodoo reverse etymology. Lets assume the first syllable, "Ben" means "son of" (Hebrew, "Bin" in Arabic). We would have to fing a meaning for "er" or "air" in Arabic or Hebrew. Any suggestions?

"Er" is a masculine Hebrew name meaning "awake" or "guardian", if that's any help. :)-- Nanaea
