Chloe is an attractive girl's name. Kendall is a surname and should remain one.

I prefer Chloe. A friend in the UK named his son Kendall, which has influenced my opinion of it: doesn't seem remotely feminine.

Chloe for sure. Kendall was my parents' second choice for me and I never liked it.
