I think it's pretty, but I wouldn't use it because it's too common. There are similar-sounding names that I like more: Maya, Nia, Leah, and Kia for example.

There's also Lia, Miya, Mina, Riya, and Sia. They could also go with a compound name to make it more interesting, like Mia-Rose or Mia-Bella.
