When you hear this name, what sort of person do you think of?

Does it bring up a specific age or ethnicity or socio-economic background?

Can you imagine a specific nn being used instead?

Would it be mispronounced a lot in English speaking countries?
Sa-PIER-a? Sap-FEAR-a?

Any other thoughts?
