*snore* Sorry but I find this name terribly boring and overused. Though I do prefer Joseph to any of the nn's for it, esp. Joey. (I do, however, much prefer a classic, sickeningly popular name like Joseph over a trendy, misspelled, of-the-moment name.)

Whoops -- I meant this to appear under the original post.

Joseph has never been one of my favorites, but it's certainly a solid, classic name, and a safe choice.

Joseph is one of those names that is way too common/boring in my opinion.
