It's a fairly large city not too far from where I live, so that's the first thing I think of when I hear it, and I have a hard time shaking the city association. I might like it if I had never heard of Everett the city before, but unfortunately that's not the case.

Yes, Everett is a very good name! I like it a lot. The name isn't really too over used so that's a perk. Though, I love the name Everard too! That is even more unique. On parenthood.com, Everett means "Wild boar, strong". Some good combinations with that name could be...
