[Opinions] Inez & Pilar
Are Inez and Pilar too pretentious/silly to be used on a girl without Spanish heritage? I'd probably never use them for this reason, but that doesn't stop me from adoring them.Thoughts on these?Pilar Marisol
Pilar Catalina
Inez Bianca
Inez Lucia

There's a girl in my class called Pilar...I think she's of Spanish heritage. Anyway, she's not very nice so it has ruined the name for me. I like Inez, and I think it would be lovely on anyone :)

Pilar reminds me a bit of caterpillar. I like Paloma & Isla as well.

Funny pronounciation...I went to highschool with a girl named Inez, but she pronounced it I-neiceWhich doesn't make any sense!

I adore Inez, and I don't mind it on a girl not of Spanish origin as the first Inez I met was Australian-of-English-origin (she had been named Kate as a baby but hated being one of dozens of Kates as a child, so she changed to Inez when she started high school).I don't know if I'd ever be brave enough to use Inez, but I'd love to see it on someone else's child.Pilar is a little harder to imagine, as it's similar to the word pillar, and also reminds me of pilaf, a type of rice dish. But I wouldn't cringe at it.

Inez and Pilar are both gorgeous. So regal, and elegant. There's a woman named Consolata Boyle who shows up in the credits of Irish movies as the wardrobe designer. (Namenerds Anonymous time?) I've always loved the way her name blended two different backgrounds. Go for it!

Inez and Pilar are very unique names to me. They are not my style but I suppose if you like them there is nothing stopping you from using them right :) If I had to choose out of your list I would choose
Pilar Marisol
Inez Lucia
