though I prefer Milla to Mila.
here's my ranking:
Milla: prn (mee-luh) also makes a very cute nn for any name with an m & l.
Mia: very sweet, good for a girl and a woman, a bit popular unfortunately
Mina: very classic but more unusual
I don't think you can go wrong with any of these.
