I get what you mean, but one of my friends said Sean as "seen" for fifteen years before anyone corrected her : /
You can blame Sean Bean for that though, it confused her that the names had the same ending but different pronunciations!

Lol, thats quite funny! I was thinking about Sean Bean as I wrote it! It's quite an unfortunate name...

My dad always says 'seen' bean, but he knows it's really 'shaun,' he just does it to be irritating. (and it works, it drives me insane! :) )
