Romilly means "woman from Rome". Enjolie is derived from "enjôler", which means "to entice, to tempt".

I just found this message board & am researching the name "Enjoli." I know this question comes almost a year after the fact, bu, regarding your answer to the meaning of this name - What language is "enjoler" (to entice)?
