Late last night I thought I'd found the perfect whimsy-ish name for a character in my current fantasy WIP. I wanted something that was part word and part name, and came up with Wrenna (pronounced REN-uh).
When I woke up this morning, however, I remembered that the most significant place name in my WIP also starts with Wren-, and I'd rather keep that than the character's name.
So, can you suggest something that is clearly a name but has a strong nature word element in it, to replace Wrenna? It should suit a brown-haired, teenaged member of a forest-dwelling race.
