Adding up the less daft-looking internet reports, I suspect it's a bit like Meredith - somewhere between Ferr-uh-lith, Fur-uh-lith and Fair-uh-lith, with a short schwa and depending on how much and what variety of Scottish accent the owner has. But I don't have hard evidence for that; none of the reports are first-hand from an actual Scottish Ferelith, which is what we need, and they're not common. I just sat through an entire videoclip of dog trainer Ferelith Somerfield in the hope that someone would say her name and make us all happy! - but alas, no joy. Hopefully one will visit BtN and enlighten the board.
