Love Caitlin (was almost named it, but they decided on Catalina because we're Portuguese) and Cateline is gorgeous as well. A French friend of my parents always called me Cateline, and she pronounced it KAHT-leen.
Favorite spelling is definitely Caitlin, the original. If it were my name I'd think about changing it to the French Cateline.
