Oh yay! Congrats. Love that both girls have really long formal names with fun nicknames, so sticking with that notion how about:
Maybelle "May" "Belle"
Georgina "Georgie" "Gigi" "Gina"
Felicity "Lissy"
Leonora "Nora"
Charlotte "Charlie" "Lotty"
Helena "Lena"
Louisa "Louie"
Rosalind "Rosie" "Lindy"
Gwendolyn "Gwen"
Marilyn "Mari" "Lynnie"
Virginia "Ginny"
Beatrice/trix "Bea" "Trixie"
Eleanor "Elle" "Ellie"
Theresa "Tess"
Penelope "Penny"
Susanna "Susie"

Abraham "Abe"
Vincent "Vinny"
Louis "Lou" "Louie"
Frederick "Freddie"
Bertram "Bert"
Calvin "Cal"
George (so it doesn't have a nickname, I still think it fits)
Roger (see above, Ro?)
Isaac "Ike"
Theodore "Teddy" "Theo"
Arthur "Artie"
Wilson "Will"
Edmund "Eddie"
Raymond "Ray"
Leonard "Len" "Leo"
Jerome "Jerry" "Roman"

"for whatever we lose(like a you or a me)
it is always ourselves we find in the sea"
e. e. cummings
