Pocahontas - wouldn't change because she's not just a character, she's a real person
Snow White - Eirwen
Cinderella - Isabella
Aurora - wouldn't change
Ariel - Marina
Belle - wouldn't change
Mulan - wouldn't change
Rapunzel - I'd say Flavia, but I don't think it fits.
Tiana - Something more historically accurate, like Leona or Estelle
Jasmine - Amira or Jalila
The only ones I really dislike are Ariel and Tiana.

Ooo this shall be tough
Pocahontas - this one's hard to change since she was a real person. But if I had to, how about America ;) Ok, Nizhoni is one of my favorite Native American names and I think it would fit her character well... there's a quiet strength there
Snow White - Gwenda or Avalon (for it's reference to "apple")
Cinderella - this one's hard because her name was actually Ella. I feel like the "cinder" has to be in there per the story. Alice --> Alicinder? Anna --> Emberanna?
Aurora - Aviva
Ariel - Nerissa
Belle - Mira or Rose
Mulan - Lian
Rapunzel - Can I go back to her "original" name, Persinette? No? how about Rhonwen
Tiana - Nadia
Jasmine - Nasrin, Sprita or Shirin

Ariel - Muirgen (born of the sea)
Belle - Wouldn't change this name
Mulan - Would probably keep it
Rapunzel - Rhonwen or other (g)wen names
Tiana - Haven't seen Princess and the Frog, can't think of another name
Jasmine - Yasmin or another an Arabic name like Jamila or Alina
