"Olivia" is a made up name from literature.
You might think of olive fruit when you see the name Olive, but I don't!
Olive isn't just a FOOD. It's a TREE. Like Rowan, Ash, Cinnamon, Ebony, Holly, Linden, Juniper, Willow, and Sequoia. Only the symbolic meaning of Olive should be much more obvious and accessible than any of those (some of them probably have almost no symbolism at all), because of the very common idiom about offering someone an olive branch. It symbolizes peace and abundance since ancient times. Olives were likely cultivated since the beginning of human civilization. There's a ~2000 year old olive tree in Greece.
How the heck is Olive a "food" name. I don't get that. It's way less fluffy and silly than Olivia. Olivia is like Hollietta or Willowina.
