Reminds me too much of the Toyota Corolla car line. It is a very common and popular car line. I don't know how common Toyota's are in the UK but I would never use the name in the US. They are almost pronounced the same, Corolla is pronounced cah-rol-lah. Rol being pronounced like bowl with an r instead of a b. You pronounce Carola as care-ol-ah, so they are a little different but not enough in my opinion for this name to be used some place where the Corolla is a common car. I just hate car associations with names. It's really the only issue I have with the name Mercedes.

Carola also reminds me of Crayola brand crayons.

Ignoring the car and the crayon thing I'm not a huge fan of Carola. It is okay. I prefer Caroline and Carole / Carol. But if you love it you should use it.
